The Southington Knights are a proud member of The Mid Connecticut Youth Football and Cheerleading Conference. Mid Connecticut participates in the All American Division of American Youth Football. See chart below.

3^rd	7/8/9	9	9 in 3^rd grade cannot turn 10 on or before 12/31
4^th	8/9/10	10	10 in 4^th grade cannot turn 11 on or before 12/31 * EXCEPTION 8 in 4th grade as of 7/31 can go down one level
5^th	9/10/11	11	11 in 5^th grade cannot turn 12 on or before 12/31 * EXCEPTION 9 in 5th grade as of 7/31 can go down one level
6^th	10/11/12	12	12 in 6^th grade cannot turn 13 on or before 12/31 * EXCEPTION 10 in 6th grade as of 7/31 can go down one level
7^th	11/12/13	13	13 in 7^th grade cannot turn 14 on or before 12/31 * EXCEPTION 11 in 7th grade as of 7/31 can go down one level
8^th	12/13/14	14	14 in 8^th grade cannot turn 15 on or before 12/31 * EXCEPTION 12 in 8th grade as of 7/31 can go down one level
* EXCEPTIONS are for Developmental issues only, players who advanced a grade or who are immature for their grade. Participants who meet this criteria may move down 1 level. This is meant to be used as an exception used in extenuating circumstances. Grades May Be Combined
